Sedona - Cathedral Rock

My dad found a deal on a car for my mom, only...it was in Scottsdale, Arizona. He recruited me to drive down with him to pick it up. We decided to split the drive down in two and spend some time in a place I'd never been before - Sedona. I did a little research and decided to check out Slide Rock State Park. It was a total zoo there given the record heat, but I still had some fun sliding down the natural rock slide and doing a little cliff jumping. Sedona has tons of hikes, but I decided on a popular one known as Cathedral Rock. It was more of a scramble than a hike (awesome), and it afforded some amazing views in the evening light.
