I did this route the previous year nearly a month later in the year, and yet there was much less snow this day. Crazy what a crappy snow year it's been. But in any event, I love to do Timp when the snow is at about this level. Primrose is a fun challenge, and the climb up the glacier, not to mention the slide down, it just classic. This is the smoothest I'd ever seen the glacier, so it made for a great Swiss Bob down right from the top. There were quite a few people on the mountain so even though I hauled it up, I never got a change to bust out the Mavic. Oh well, it was a fantastic day regardless. :)
