I'd hadn't done Ye Olde Pfeiff in a few years and I was kind of craving this classic route. It was a beautiful July day and all was going well...until I realized I forgot my camera. Doh! Doh doh! I had my phone with me since it was a solo trip, and was actually able to snap a few photos at Red Pine Lake...but then the battery was dead when I tried again (crappy old phone). So I abandoned any aspirations of a well-documented trip photo-wise and just tried to hoof it to the top as fast as I could. I made it in 2 hr 27 min...which I'm pretty sure is a personal record. And I even got a short and bumpy bob ride on some remaining snow. :)
