We're still in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. But things are starting to open up a little and things are feeling a bit more normal. I actually had my furlough extended through July 6, so I've just been trying to take advantage of the time. And of course that means...my annual Timp summit trek in the snow! I waited for the perfect weather day, and was rewarded with ideal conditions...if not a tad hot by the end. I didn't see another soul this hike, and had the summit to myself. There were a few scary snow crossings on the main ridge. Also, I did a phone-only trip for photos and GPS. Mixed feelings about how the pics turned out.
