Mount Timpanogos

Timpanogos summit number 63! The plan this beautiful May morning was originally supposed to be Red Baldy. But imagine our (Jon and Jake joined) surprise to find the road from Tibble Fork Res to Granite Flat CG was closed for road construction. On Memorial Day weekend! So the Timp trail from Aspen Grove became our plan B. Jon and Jake accompanied me until we hit snow, and then I continued on solo. Summitting was not necessarily the plan, but conditions were good so I just kept going...all the way to the top. :) Only saw one other person all day once I hit the snow. Love this time of year on Timp!
