Cascade Saddle

I hadn't done a large-ish snowshoe up in into the snowy Wasatch peaks in awhile and I was kind of craving it, especially on this beautiful, unseasonably warm April Saturday. I was also curious how my body would perform as I've mostly fatbiked in the snow all winter. I've forgotten how long this route is, but it's an absolute classic with amazing views of Provo, Freedom, etc. as well as many of the highest Wasatch peaks once you finally get up to and cross the ridge. The bobbing down was good on the initial steep, but became too soft for ideal later...I suppose I should have gotten up earlier. Doh!
