New River Gorge National Park

This has been Alisa and my designated trip window for the last several years, but she had some mandatory work trainings she had to attend, so I reverted back to a "solo Lane trip" for this year. Of course New River Gorge was my destination as it was the last of the lower 48 I hadn't done...for now. :) I stayed at a cool place called Adventures on the Gorge, checked out the visitor center area, and did a scenic hike called the Endless Wall along the gorge rim. But of course the main attraction was a whitewater trip on the New River itself. Several class IV rapids, warm water, cliff jumping, swimming a rapid...had it all!
